Request for Information

I am nearing completion of my reseacch to publish a record of all of the men of the Parish of Hennock (Hennock, Teign Village and Chudleigh Knighton) who I have established had a Parish connection and who were killed in either of the World Wars.

Listed below is a summary of the names of the 40 men from the Parish who were killed in the First War and the 6 men and died in the Second War.

I have already established their military background (Regiment or Ship, honours and memorials, etc.) and where and when they were killed (except for 2 men killed in the 2nd War). This will be included in the completed memorial book.

To make the memorial more personal I would like to include a photograph of each of the men in uniform.

If you have one and would like to have it included in the permenant record then please let me know via the address for the Editor on the In Touch Page.

Also if you spot any errors or omissions especially if you know of someone else who should be included please let me know.
